Refund and Redemption Policy — United States
Initial public-service documents. The terms apply when a new service user accepts them. Publication itself does not establish acceptance or activate a feature.
U.S. gift card order support and the separate rules for Korean advertiser credit refunds.
1. Different balances have different rules
Developer rewards are earned through eligible advertising activity. They are not a refundable advertiser deposit. U.S. members redeem eligible confirmed rewards for available U.S. gift cards; cash withdrawal and overseas PayPal payouts are unavailable.
Paid advertiser checkout for businesses established outside Korea is not open. The advertiser-credit rules below explain the Korean service and do not authorize a U.S. advertiser purchase.
2. Before ordering a gift card
Check the brand, usable country, face value, currency, reward deduction, applicable deductions, expiration and product conditions shown before submitting. A foreign-currency face value and a KRW reward amount are different units. Use your own verified recipient information.
3. Delivery, failed orders and uncertainty
The requested amount is reserved while the supplier processes an order. A confirmed rejection, failure or cancellation releases the reservation or restores the applicable balance. A timeout alone does not prove failure; we reconcile uncertain supplier results before reissuing or restoring rewards.
Delivery instructions, including a code or recipient link, appear in the order history when available. Protect the code or link. If a link does not work, contact support with the order reference instead of placing a duplicate order.
4. Cancellation, expiration and reissue
For cancellation, a missing card or a defective code, contact the support details in the footer. We check issuance, receipt and use status and the supplier/issuer's product conditions before explaining available cancellation, reissue or balance restoration.
There is no blanket statement that every issued, revealed, expired or unused card is non-refundable. Product terms and applicable mandatory rights determine the outcome. The advertiser-credit deadlines below are not gift-card expiration dates. If our error caused an incorrect deduction or failed delivery, we investigate and correct it rather than referring all responsibility to the supplier.
5. Korean advertiser credit refunds
The standard refund process handles a confirmed, not previously refunded top-up in full, once. It does not provide partial refunds. The amount must remain unused and available; spent advertising value and free promotional credits are not refunded through this process. Mandatory rights and remedies for our own error are preserved.
Without a new top-up, paid credits are usable for 6 months from the latest confirmed payment. Eligible unused credits may be requested for refund until 1 year(s) from that same latest confirmed payment; refund requests are restricted after that deadline.
A further confirmed top-up renews both deadlines for the entire unused paid balance, including credits past either deadline. These are not fixed deadlines for each original purchase. The full-order and unused-balance conditions still apply after renewal.
The Company offers a 7-day withdrawal period as its own policy for eligible unused top-ups. Any more favorable mandatory rights prevail. Promotional credits are separate, spent before paid credits and non-refundable because they were provided without payment.
For a Korean business advertiser's prelaunch top-up, if paid ad delivery has not opened within 30 calendar days after payment confirmation, the Company starts a full refund of the unused paid credit and its VAT. Opening the service later does not remove a refund right that has already arisen. Credit reserved for a pending refund cannot be spent on ads.
Contact support for a refund. The existing Korean policy provides an eligibility response within 3 business days. Card payments are reversed through the card provider; virtual-account refunds require a receiving bank account with verified bank, number and holder. Provider processing may take additional business days. VAT of 10% charged on the refunded top-up is also refunded, with an adjusted tax invoice where applicable.
