Terms of Service — United States

1. Operator and agreement

쇼크!(Shock!) (the “Company”), the business identified in the footer, operates Greedy Krab. The footer provides the registered business name, representative, address and support contacts. The service is operated from South Korea.

These terms govern your use when you accept them. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain in place. Publication of these terms does not itself activate a feature.

2. What early access includes

U.S. early access includes real advertising rewards and redemption for available U.S. gift cards. It is not a promise of fixed income, continuous advertising supply or permanent availability of a particular card. Each feature shows whether it is currently available.

Only campaigns for which the advertiser has expressly authorized the U.S. audience and the Company has approved that scope may be shown to U.S. members. Approval for a Korean audience does not authorize U.S. delivery.

Cash withdrawal, international bank transfers and PayPal cash payouts are not offered to U.S. members. Changing the interface language does not change payout eligibility or convert a balance into cash.

Paid advertising purchases by businesses established outside Korea, including PayPal payments, are deferred until payment-provider approval and a separate opening notice. No unconfirmed opening date is guaranteed.

3. Accounts and participation

You may use an offered social login or email and password. Provide accurate account, residence and recipient information, protect your credentials, and use your own identity. Accounts and reward balances cannot be sold, transferred or rented.

Do not fabricate impressions, use automation to earn without genuine use, alter measurement or payment results, evade country restrictions, or use another person's identity or payment method. You can request account deletion through My personal data or the support contact in the footer. Pending payments, redemption and required records must be addressed as part of closure.

4. Advertising and data

Ads appear only when supported tools and eligible display conditions allow. They are identified as advertising, separate from the AI tool's answers, recommendations and system messages. An ad does not imply endorsement by the tool provider. You do not have to click, buy, recommend or write a positive review to fulfill an advertising-display obligation.

The extension processes supported-site, generation, visibility and device-activity signals locally. It sends advertising events and derived metadata such as impressions, clicks, visible time, ad/campaign/client identifiers, timestamps, versions, display context, authentication and deduplication information, and selected region/language. It does not send your conversation, source-code or prompt contents to our servers. See the Privacy Notice for details.

5. Rewards and gift card orders

Eligible advertising activity generates rewards. Confirmed balances are separate from amounts held for review. Only confirmed, unreserved rewards can be redeemed; a pending order reserves its amount so it cannot be spent twice. Invalid or duplicate activity may be rejected or reviewed.

Before submitting an order, check the reward amount deducted, any applicable withholding, card value and currency, country of use, validity and product conditions. A KRW reward deduction is not the same unit as the USD face value. Available products and exchange prices may change before a new order is placed.

SodaGift supplies U.S. gift cards when the relevant function and product are available. New orders use a recipient link and require the verified recipient's name; earlier code-delivery orders may retain their original delivery method. Check your order history for the delivery instructions.

If issuance fails or cancellation is confirmed, the reservation is released or the applicable balance restored. If the supplier result is uncertain, we check the order before issuing again or restoring funds. The Refund and Redemption Policy explains delivery problems, cancellation and expiration.

Rewards may be subject to tax and reporting obligations, including non-cash rewards. Applicable deductions are shown before payment or redemption. We do not represent that all rewards have one statutory tax rate or that gift cards are tax-free. You may have your own filing obligations.

6. Advertisers and geographic approval

Advertisers must have the rights to their creative and landing pages, comply with laws applicable to the approved audience, and avoid deceptive, unlawful or infringing ads. Creative must not impersonate the AI tool's output or system notices. Ads are reviewed before delivery; approval is not a legal or performance guarantee.

Advertisers must expressly authorize each overseas audience and obtain the Company's approval. Uploading English text or approving a Korean campaign does not authorize overseas delivery. Charges reflect eligible ad delivery in a reward-supported environment.

Korean advertiser credit rules are described in the Refund and Redemption Policy. U.S. early access for developer members does not open paid registration or checkout for overseas advertisers.

7. Interruptions and complaints

Maintenance, outages, supplier interruption, legal requirements or misuse may require a pause or restriction. We provide prior notice when practicable and explain emergency action afterward. Restrictions are limited to what is reasonably needed for the issue.

Contact support to challenge a restriction, reward adjustment or delivery decision. Early-access changes, account closure or a terms revision do not automatically forfeit legitimately earned rewards or existing refund rights. Fraud-related adjustments must relate to the affected activity; unrelated confirmed rewards are not automatically forfeited.

8. Responsibility and governing law

The Company is responsible for its conduct as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee earnings, conversions or products on third-party sites. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Korean law governs to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections applicable where you reside. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

9. Changes and contact

We state the reasons, content and effective date of changes, ordinarily giving at least 7 days' notice and at least 30 days for material or adverse changes, with individual notice where required. Where affirmative consent is required, silence or failure to read a notice is not consent.

Changes apply from the notified effective date. A member who declines may stop using the changed feature and request closure; existing legitimate balances and refund rights remain subject to their applicable terms. Use the support contact in the footer for questions. A translation difference does not remove your mandatory rights.
